Join Caroline Johnson, owner of Belly Rebuild and certified postpartum rehab specialist, in this free virtual workshop where we will talk about all things related to DR.

 

We will discuss what happens to your body when you have DR and why it can affect your day-to-day life. Then we will spend a good portion of the workshop reviewing what things you might be doing on a daily basis that can make abdominal separation worse, and learn some techniques to get you started on healing the separation! 

When you understand both what to avoid if you have DR AND how you can heal DR, it speeds the healing timeline up immensely. You'll be feeling fitter, more in control of your body, and have a flatter belly!
