The mini series starts on Monday, 12/2 and ends on Friday, 12/6.

All workouts will be safe for new moms, as well as those that have diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues.

Workouts will be streamed live via Zoom every morning at 6:15am EST. Replays will be available in the Rebuild Mama Facebook group.

Workouts will be 10-ish minutes in length so you can fit them in no matter how busy your day is.

Workouts will be strength-based total body - upper, lower, and core! Weights are optional.

BONUS!!! At the end of the week, you will be emailed a link to videos of all the workouts, so you can revisit them throughout the holiday season whenever you need to squeeze a quick burst of fitness in!
